Active Business Communications, IT and telecoms solution provider, appointed HURST to advise their sale to Private Equity backed Babble.

Following an approach from Babble, a private equity-backed leading UK technology group, the founders of Active Business Communications appointed HURST Corporate Finance to advise and lead on the sale.

HURST Corporate Finance supported management with negotiating the deal, and coordinating all parties involved in the transaction to ensure a strict timetable for completion was met. We managed the diligence process to ensure minimal disruption to the business’s day-to-day operations.
