Travel Innovation Group creates innovative tech and provides services to the travel industry.
Travel Innovation Group (“TIG”) is a leading player in the travel market providing access to travel ticketing to tour operators and travel agents. The Group’s software is also used by many of the world’s largest airlines.
As COVID-19 impacted the travel market, HURST Corporate Finance assisted TIG in raising capital to support the business by accessing the larger COVID funding scheme provided by HSBC.
A key challenge in the fundraising was establishing the right debt facilities given the uncertainty created by COVID.
As the Company emerged from COVID, it saw rapid growth that required significant changes to the Group’s banking facilities which HURST Corporate Finance once again advised on. We assisted in complex negotiations with the Company’s bankers and regulators.
