Michael established Jefferies Solicitors more than 25 years ago, it was important to him to find the right successor practice.
“I am personally at a stage in my career where I’m looking to move on to other projects. We have been incredibly careful when selecting a firm to look after our staff, and the firm’s clients. Finding a firm with the same ethos was a vital factor.”
Express Solicitors is a top 100 law firm which specialises in personal injury and accident claims, cycle accident claims and serious injury cases.
The acquisition of Altrincham-based Jefferies Solicitors brings with it almost 50 additional staff and reinforces its bench strength in personal injury law.
Monina, who also sits part-time as a deputy district judge, has joined Express as a partner along with her catastrophic injury team, and adds her wealth of experience and technical knowledge to complement the existing specialist departments.
James Maxey, managing partner at Express Solicitors, said Jefferies has an excellent reputation with exacting standards and good lawyers.
“We look forward to welcoming the talented staff and will carry on the Jefferies tradition.”
